Outdustry sale to Virgin Music Group

Congratulations to Edward Peto the Founder and CEO of Outdustry, on the sale of Outdustry to Virgin Music Group.  Established in 2008 in Beijing, Outdustry is an artist and label services and rights management business which operates in China, India and other high-potential markets. In addition to its marketing services business – working with the likes of John Legend, Adele and Dua Lipa, Outdustry operates a music publishing operation, Outdustry Songs which has signed some of the biggest hits in Chinese pop music, and Outdustry Records, which is forces on the next generation of breakout starts from these territories. Lauren Buckmaster, Ryan Vince and Nicola Tager advised Edward in relation to this matter.
