Lauren Buckmaster

Lauren is a Solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial department at Russells, having joined the firm in 2023. Lauren acts for a variety of clients, ranging from individuals to large companies. She advises on general corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, shareholder agreements and investments in the media and entertainment sector, acting on behalf of record labels, artists, managers, and media companies.

Prior to joining, Lauren studied Law at the University of Warwick and qualified as a solicitor in 2022 following the completion of her training contract at a national law firm, where she gained experience advising start-ups, SMEs, founder shareholders and owner-managed businesses.
