John Lewis have today unveiled their Christmas advert which features Tom Odell covering John Lennon’s ‘Real Love’. This year’s clip follows the story of a young boy and his penguin pal Monty.

The last male voice to feature on the ad was Fyfe Dangerfield of The Guillemots who performed “She’s Always A Woman” (originally by Billy Joel) in 2010. Last year’s advert, The Bear & The Hare, has had over 13 million YouTube views to date.
