Sibilla Anselmetti

Sibilla joined Russells as a trainee in September 2023 and qualified into the firm’s Commercial Department in September 2025.

Prior to joining Russells, Sibilla graduated with a business management degree from Bath University in 2019 and gained experience and her appreciation of the music industry through her work at an artist management company.

Sibilla is dedicated to working with emerging artists and continues to grow her practice as part of the New Artist team. She represents a range of talented artists, producers and songwriters, applying her understanding of both the artistic and commercial sides of the business to guide her clients through this unique and continuously evolving industry.
