Joanne Cocozza joined Russells in 2022.  She is an experienced HR and Practice Manager with over 20 years’ experience in HR and business operations.  CIPD qualified, she has extensive expertise in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, employment law compliance, organisational development, and practice management.  Joanne works closely with senior leaders to support strategic objectives, enhance employee engagement, and foster positive workplace cultures, while ensuring the smooth and effective operation of the business.
