Erin Stephenson

Erin is a solicitor (New Zealand qualified) in the Real Estate Team at Russells and joined the firm in August 2026. She has several years’ experience acting in a wide variety of real estate matters including acquisitions and disposals, asset management, due diligence, leasehold enfranchisement, lease extensions and licensing. She has acted for some of London’ s most prestigious institutional landlords as well as private individuals.

Prior to joining, Erin qualified as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and has lived and worked in London since 2018.
