Christy Alexander

Christy is a solicitor (New Zealand qualified) in the Corporate Team at Russells and joined the firm in April 2025. She advises on general corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements and investments in the media and entertainment sector, acting on behalf of a wide range of clients.

Prior to starting at Russells, Christy worked in the Corporate and Commercial team at a leading New Zealand firm where she acted on a variety of complex transactions in the education, private equity, hospitality, agriculture, and infrastructure sectors.
