Olivia is a solicitor in the Private Client team, having qualified in September 2025. Prior to joining Russells, she trained and practised at Hugh James in their London office.

Olivia specialises in Wills and estate planning for both individuals and families, advising clients with complex, often multinational requirements. Her work frequently involves high-value personal and business assets held across multiple jurisdictions, as well as the associated cross-border estate planning and tax considerations. Olivia has experience drafting Wills incorporating bespoke trust arrangements and preparing trust deeds tailored to clients’ individual circumstances. Olivia also prepares both personal and business Lasting Powers of Attorney for clients, providing advice with regards to appointing trusted attorneys to make decisions in relation to property and financial affairs, as well as health and welfare matters. Additionally, Olivia’s role includes advising on all aspects of estate administration and probate, providing clear and practical guidance throughout the process whilst advising on the legal and administrative steps involved.
