Peter Smith

Peter joined Russells as a partner in 2004 a became a consultant in 2023.

Peter is an expert on residential and commercial property work in addition to private client matters, including providing advice regarding Wills, Settlements (including Charitable Settlements) and Inheritance Tax.

Peter also deals with the administration and winding up of Estates.
