Lucy Voyce

Lucy is a Solicitor in the Employment Team at Russells, having joined the firm in October 2025.

Prior to joining Russells, Lucy completed her training contract with and subsequently practised at Oury Clark Solicitors.

Lucy advises on all aspects of employment law, with experience spanning both contentious and non-contentious matters. She regularly represents clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, provides day-to-day HR advisory support, and drafts a wide range of employment documentation, including contracts, policies, and staff handbooks.

She is an active member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
