Russells Vacancy – Corporate Lawyer (2-5 PQE)
We’re looking for a qualified lawyer with 2-5 years’ PQE who has a strong interest in the entertainment industry, especially music, and a desire to build a successful legal career as a corporate lawyer focusing on music and entertainment.
The Role
In this exciting role, you will join the Corporate team and play a key part in advising a broad range of clients on a variety of corporate transactions from M&A to private equity, venture capital, joint ventures and other deals and advisory work.
The work will service UK and international clients within the music, media, entertainment, technology, TV, film, theatre and publishing industries.
You will gain experience in all stages of the deal process, from initial client meetings to transaction execution and post-closing matters. You will deal directly with clients and will be the lead fee-earner in many instances.
Who You Are
- A qualified lawyer with 2-5 years’ PQE in M&A, equity investment and related transactions and advisory work, gained in a leading law firm.
- A background of working with clients in the media and entertainment sectors is preferred, but not essential.
- A strong interest in the entertainment industry, especially music.
