Roger joined the Commercial Department at Russells after 14 years working in-house at Sony Music and 19 Entertainment in London and, latterly, for 19 Entertainment in Los Angeles as Vice President, Business Affairs. Roger specialises in all areas of music and also has a wide experience across other areas of entertainment including television (American Idol), film, new media and branding.
