Patrick Connolly

Patrick is Chief Operating Officer at Russells, where he works closely with the Partners to lead the firm’s operations, strategy and business services functions.

He has more than 20 years’ experience in leadership and transformation roles across professional services, having previously held senior positions at Mishcon de Reya and Kaplan. His expertise includes operations, technology, organisational development and strategic change.

An ACA-qualified accountant and accredited executive coach, Patrick is passionate about helping organisations and people achieve high performance and sustainable growth.

Outside work, Patrick serves as Chair of Arts For All UK, supporting community access to the arts.
