Elizabeth qualified as a solicitor in 2015, having trained at international law firm Ince & Co LLP. Before joining the legal profession, Elizabeth developed her crisis management skills through her work in debt recovery and as a member of the Barclays Bank bereavement centre. While at Ince & Co LLP, Elizabeth worked on a number of large-scale disputes and gained valuable experience in both English court proceedings and international arbitrations.
Elizabeth is a member of the litigation department at Russells, where she employs her expertise in dispute resolution and diplomacy to assist clients in navigating their way through a wide variety of disputes in the music, video game development, film, sports and entertainment industries.
Since joining the firm in September 2015, Elizabeth has advised clients on a range of legal issues including breaches of contractual obligations, termination of contracts, royalty disputes, copyright and trademark infringement, and personal injury. She has litigated in the High Court, the County Court and the Court of Appeal but also has a lot of experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution, including mediation.
