Edward Williams

Ed is a Partner in the firm’s Corporate department. He has extensive M&A and Private Equity experience, and also advises on financings, restructurings, anti-bribery and corruption and governance issues. Ed represents a broad range of clients in the entertainment and telecoms industries.

Prior to joining Russells, Ed trained and qualified at Herbert Smith LLP, and was in the Corporate team at Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, for over six years. Whilst at Dentons, Ed was a founder member of the Dentons Art Prize, and was a core member of the Africa practice. Ed has undertaken secondments at EDF Energy (Networks) Limited and Virgin Management.
