Alice Rudge


Alice qualified as a solicitor in 2017, having trained at international law firm Ashurst LLP. Prior to training as a solicitor, Alice interned at the Media Legal Defence Initiative assisting with cross-jurisdictional cases on privacy and media freedom.

Alice has been involved in a number of high value commercial disputes which have been litigated in the London High Court, as well as having worked on cases that have gone to mediation or which have been resolved through international arbitration.

Since joining Russells, she has acted for artists, record labels, and music publishers as well as various other clients across the film, TV, music, fashion and sports industries. Alice is also part of our phone hacking team acting for clients bringing actions against News Group Newspapers and Mirror Group Newspapers.

She has a particular interest in intellectual property and has advised in relation to image rights, trademark infringement, passing off and copyright. Alice has previously contributed to the World Trademark Review.
