Having graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) English Degree, Dario read the Graduate Diploma of Law at City University, London, before completing his Diploma in Legal Practice at Westminster University, London.
Dario Qualified as a Solicitor in 2004 and practised in Kent and Clapham before joining Russells.
Dario specialises in family law, with a particular interest in financial cases and children disputes including financial proceedings, divorce, pre and post nuptial agreements, cohabitation disputes, children matters (including shared care arrangements, prohibited steps orders, specific issue orders and prevention of removal from jurisdiction) and domestic violence between married and unmarried couples (non-molestation and occupation orders).
Dario was accredited by Resolution (Family Law Panel) in May 2012 and is also a trained Collaborative Lawyer and where appropriate attempts to seek a swift and effective resolution for the benefit of his clients. If litigation is necessary then he is very determined and unyielding in achieving the best outcome for his clients.
